Dunlop have just released a new range of squash balls and over the next few months these will replace the existing range of black/green balls with yellow/white/red and blue dots.

The new range consists of: -

The REVELATION PRO XX

This is a BLACK ball with 2 YELLOW dots and is a direct replacement for the current yellow dot black ball.

The REVELATION COMPETITION XT

This is a BLACK ball with 1 YELLOW dot and is a direct replacement for the current yellow dot green ball. It has a 10% greater ‘hang time’ than the PRO XX.

The MAX PROGRESS

This is a BLACK ball but is 6% larger than the PRO XX with a 20% longer ‘hang time’. It has instant bounce so doesn’t need to be warmed up and is designed for improvers and recreational players.

The MAX

This is a BLUE ball and is 12% larger than the PRO XX with a 40% longer ‘hang time’. It also has instant bounce and is designed for beginners.

So, ‘Which ball should I use’? Try them and see which one is best suited to your standard. Don’t feel you have to play with a certain ball just because other people use it, try the new ones and see if you have a better game.
